Refunds and Disputes
We understand that sometimes a refund may be necessary. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase or if there’s an issue with the order, please follow these steps:
- Requesting a Refund: To request a refund, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy and contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used within 7 business days after approval. For COD orders, we may request bank account details for refund processing.
- Dispute Resolution: If you have a dispute regarding a payment or transaction, please reach out to us first at onthetags@gmail.com. We aim to resolve all issues promptly and fairly. If necessary, we may escalate the matter to the relevant payment provider or authority for further action.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change! You can cancel your order within 7 hours of placing it without any charges. However:
- Cancellations after 7 hours but before shipping will incur a fee of ₹100.
- Cancellations for COD orders after shipping may also incur a fee of ₹200.
Refunds for canceled orders (after applicable deductions) will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns if:
- The item is in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- The return request is made within 7 daysnof receiving the product.
- The item is not a customised or personalised product.
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Items purchased during clearance or final sale promotions.
- Damaged or altered items after delivery (unless they arrived damaged or defective).
- Personalised or made-to-order kurtas.
How to Initiate a Return

- Approval Process: Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide instructions for shipping the item back.
- Return Shipping:
- If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
- For other reasons (e.g., size issues, preference change), return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
Refund or Exchange Options
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
- Exchanges: Prefer a different size or style? Let us know, and we’ll arrange for an exchange (subject to availability).
- Store Credit: Alternatively, you can opt for store credit to shop with us again.

For Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:

- We’ll prioritise replacing the item or issuing a full refund, including return shipping costs.
Important Notes:
- Please pack the return securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Refunds for COD orders will be processed via bank transfer.
- For returns during the festive or sale season, processing times may be slightly longer due to high volumes.
